Welcome to PAUL BASSETT, a delightful café nestled in the heart of Incheon on Yeongjonghaeannam-ro. This charming spot is a hidden gem for coffee enthusiasts and dessert lovers alike, perfect for those seeking a serene atmosphere to unwind. The café is known for its meticulous attention to detail and warm ambiance, making it an ideal destination for both solitary coffee drinkers and social gatherings.

As you step inside, you’re greeted by a clean, bright space with plenty of seating, allowing for relaxed conversations or quiet moments with a good book. Customers like Hermenegildo Luis Gasparotto have lauded PAUL BASSETT for its unique, immaculate setting, ensuring that whether you’re there for a quick bite or a leisurely afternoon, the environment complements your visit nicely.

The menu at PAUL BASSETT is a treat for the senses, offering a variety of drinks and baked goods that cater to a multitude of tastes. If you’re looking for a breakfast option, Joe Kim recommends the English muffin sandwich, a delicious twist that pairs perfectly with both ham and bacon, but make sure to ask for it heated to enjoy its full potential. Meanwhile, for those who prefer lighter or sweeter options, the matcha dessert is a must-try, as highlighted by Sally Truong, who raved about the exquisite matcha ice cream that is both rich in flavor and visually appealing.

For a sweet finish, indulge in their silky soft cream roll — a customer favorite that strikes the right balance of sweetness, making each bite a little piece of paradise. And let’s not forget about their drinks; the Spanish latte stands out for its bold flavor profile, sure to wake you up and warm your spirit, as noted by zul sniper.

In addition to their beverages and desserts, PAUL BASSETT places an emphasis on quality and presentation. Yet, some patrons, like Maggie, have suggested that while the coffee could be improved to avoid a bitter aftertaste, the desserts alone are worth the trip. With a self-ordering system in place, the efficiency of the service staff helps keep the café bustling, ensuring that patrons feel well attended to during their visits.

Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee on your way to explore the area or looking for a place to sit down and savor a delicious pastry, PAUL BASSETT is the perfect café to meet your cravings. Experience the inviting atmosphere, relish the fantastic flavors, and create lasting memories during your time at this quintessential Incheon café.

one of the few breakfast places open other than than the buffet at paradise resort. make sure you ask for the English muffin sandwich warmed up , we went 2 days in a row and first day everything came out cold which we thought was how they served the sandwich only to find out the next day they heated them up. both the ham and bacon sandwich has Caesar dressing and lettuce.

This was my first visit and I ordered matcha dessert. I have never eaten great matcha ice cream before. You can enjoy many flavors in the matcha cup, which is cool.

The cream roll is silky soft and not overly sweetened. The service staff is efficient, but the self-ordering system doesn’t work well, as orders are taken at the counter instead. The coffee tastes overly bitter, possibly due to over-roasting. Still, the desserts are worth a visit.
